At TheExaminer, we provide immediate, complete access to our comprehensive school, NEET, and JEE learning vaults, mock test databases, and custom AI tools. Because the entire service is completely unlocked and provided upon payment, we do not offer refunds of any kind. All sales are final.
Full Fulfilment
We stand behind the premium value of our high-yield examination resources. Once a plan is purchased and activated, all sales are final. No partial or full refunds can be issued under any circumstances.
Autopay Cancellation
For subscribers on our monthly recurring payment plans: you have absolute freedom to cancel your auto-payment at any time. The cancellation stops future monthly cycles and will be effective starting with the next billing cycle.
How Cancellations Take Effect
If you decide to turn off auto-renewal from your student dashboard:
- STOPS NEXT CYCLE: Recurring auto-payment is instantly halted. You will never be auto-charged for any periods beyond the active month.
- RETAIN PRIVILEGES UNTIL END: You retain 100% full, unlimited premium access on the platform until your active paid calendar billing month completes.
